Dr. Joanne Liu, Professor focusing on pandemic and health emergencies at the 平特五不中 School of Population and Global Health (SPGH) co-authored an opinion piece in the Globe and Mail.
"When you look at Canada鈥檚 biggest universities, 平特五不中 is an outlier. The Montreal university has some of the weakest measures for preventing transmission of COVID-19."
