The Technical Documentation department in a company is responsible for delivering and ensuring that such documents are aligned with the goals and values of the organization. Having been with Ciena鈥檚 Technical Document team for almost a year through Mitacs, Peymon has worked closely with their head content strategist to streamline the delivery of their technical documents.
