Join guides-in-training, Amélie Chalifoux and Jacky Farrell (ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ Science Outreach), for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk in the Gault Nature Reserve. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break, recharge and celebrate autumn.
October 27, 9:30-12:00
For adults. Space is limited and registration is required by October 19th. Please register only if you are sure you will be able to attend.
Details:
- This first session is being offered free of charge by Amélie Chalifoux and ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ (a value of $44.55/person that includes entry to the Reserve).
- Bring a water bottle, bug spray and a small waterproof mat or folding tripod stool if you have one so that you can sit at different moments. We will also have small mats to share with you if needed.
- Dress appropriately for the weather and wear long pants and good shoes/boots for walking on dirt and leaves – slightly uphill.
This walk will be postponed to October 28th in the event of heavy rain.
