In preparation for the next CREATE competition, we would like to inform you that NSERC will hold two information sessions as follows:
- French session: January 29th 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST)
- English session: February 1st 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST)

We will use a webinar format for the presentation and participants will be able to communicate with us.听 Would you kindly invite anyone interested to attend? It may be useful to also invite current CREATE grantees at your university as an additional resource.
听
We will provide you with the relevant information for accessing the webinar prior to the presentation.听 If there are questions that have been brought up please send them in advance so that we may be able to address these questions as part of the presentation.

This program supports the training of teams of highly qualified students and postdoctoral fellows from Canada and abroad through the development of innovative training programs that encourage collaborative and integrative approaches, and address significant scientific challenges associated with Canada鈥檚 research priorities; and facilitate the transition of new researchers from trainees to productive employees in the Canadian workforce. These innovative programs must include the acquisition and development of important professional skills among students and postdoctoral fellows that complement their qualifications and technical skills. Programs should encourage the following as appropriate:
