  • CHALLENGE PERFECTIONISM:听 Trying to be 鈥減erfect鈥 can be a negative trap.听 There is no perfect听in practice听and听especially these days听the rules keep changing.听 Instead, simply do your best and that may vary each听day.听

  • KEEP LEARNING:听 Remain open to learning new ways of seeing and doing things, while building on your skills.听A continuous learning stance keeps us curious and vibrant, ready to meet life鈥檚 challenges and opportunities with confidence.听

  • APPRECIATE:听 Take the time to appreciate how听much听you have adjusted since last March:听 managing your time and energy, working remotely, maintaining important relationships.听 Keep a听gratitude journal.听Ask yourself early in the day or as you prepare to听wind down听at night what you feel most grateful听for.听

  • REMEMBER, THIS TOO SHALL PASS. While it may not always feel so 鈥 CHANGE IS A CONSTANT.

  • HELP OTHERS:听 Random acts of kindness can go a long way in making听your day, as well as others.听 They are as needed as ever, particularly for those who are isolated.听Don鈥檛听hesitate to reach out.听 It will leave you feeling brighter, more connected, and听purposeful.
