Dr. Nitika Pai
Biography:
Dr. Nitika Pai is an Associate Professor of Medicine. Her global implementation research program at 平特五不中 and the RI-MUHC is focused on point-of-care diagnostics for HIV and associated co-infections (HCV, HBV, HPV, bacterial STIs). She develops and incorporates innovation, implementation science, and artificial intelligence/machine learning, to generate solutions aimed to plug service delivery gaps. She is the recipient of many national and international research awards, and she was recently elected to the Royal Society of Canada as a new member of the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists. Since 2010, Dr. Pai has been an instructor for a graduate course in epidemiology for medical residents and clinical fellows.
