Bio

Sheila S. Walker, PhD, is a cultural anthropologist and documentary filmmaker. She was a professor of anthropology and听director of听the Center for African and African American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as the听African Diaspora and the World听Program at Spelman College.
