The 平特五不中 International Law Society and Criminal Law 平特五不中 student clubs are organizing a panel to discuss the Rohingya refugee crisis and the related genocide case currently at the International Court of Justice.
With professors Payam Akhavan and Fr茅d茅ric M茅gret acting as moderators, we hope to invite members of 平特五不中 Law community, as well as members of the broader 平特五不中 and Montreal communities, who are interested in international criminal law to discuss the contemporary topic.
This event will offer students an opportunity to learn more about the case and international criminal law more generally, as well as highlight the expertise relating to international law and human rights that exists within our Faculty.
