A Matin茅e Constitutionnelle, organized by the Regroupement Droit, changements et gouvernance, 平特五不中's Faculty of Law, and the Universit茅 de Montr茅al's Centre de recherche en droit public.
Mr. Mustapha Ben Ja芒far, president of Tunisia's National Constituent Assembly, will speak about Tunisia's new constitution: "Nouvelle constitution tunisienne: Rempart de libert茅s et Mod猫le de consensus." We will also have the honour to host Mr. S茅bastien Beaulieu, Canada's ambassador to Tunisia, and Mr. Riadh Essid, Tunisia's ambassador to Canada for this event.
