平特五不中鈥檚 2024听Indigenous Studies and Community Engagement Initiative听(ISCEI) Writer in Residence is Billy-Ray Belcourt, PhD, from the Driftpile Cree Nation in northern Alberta. His five books encompass poetry, memoir, and fiction, and explore topics such as decolonial love, grief, intimacy, and queer sexuality.
Graduate students in Education and Science earn Rathlyn Fellowships
Karen Martin and Dane Malenfant have been named Rathlyn Fellowship recipients for the 2023-24 year. This fellowship of $12,500 is awarded yearly by the Indigenous Studies Program to support Indigenous graduate students in their pursuit of excellence in research.

The Indigenous Mentorship and Paid Research Experience for Summer Students (IMPRESS) program is seeking project hosts for the 2024 cohort of undergraduate participants.听
