All cellphilms 60-seconds or less on the theme: "Bridging Communities鈥� welcome and considered for festival screening and prizes.聽
Upload your 60-second video made using a cellphone to , and forward the link to cellphilmfestival2013 [at] gmail.com.

Include:
- Cellphilm Title
- 200-word description of the cellphilm (English, French or Spanish)
- Country of origin
- Full name of cellphilm producer(s)
All submissions must be filmed using a cellphone, although other technology can be used for editing if required. We also welcome entries that follow a "one-shot" or "no editing required" process.
