About the Speakers:

Pichara Chhe, CHRP

Throughout her 14-year career, Pichara worked as a compensation expert at companies such as SPAR Aerospace, British American Tobacco, and Aeroplan and joined 平特五不中 as a Compensation Advisor in 2017. Two years later, her life took an unexpected turn when her father, also a 平特五不中 employee, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Balancing the responsibilities of being a working mother and a caregiver to her late father, Pichara experienced firsthand the importance of prioritizing her own health and wellness. This experience deeply influenced her, leading her to become passionately committed to promoting employee health and wellness as the Health and Well-being Advisor for 平特五不中 Faculty & Staff.

V茅ronique Paradis, CHRP

V茅ronique has worked for over 15 years in various leading HR functions in the Quebec Health and Social Services sector prior to joining 平特五不中 in 2019, first as a Senior Labour and Employee Relations Advisor and, since 2021, as the Director, Human Resources in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS). Throughout her career and particularly in the more recent years, she has facilitated several workshops and trainings and launched different initiatives for employees and leaders of the FMHS. V茅ronique is always looking for ways to promote work/life balance and employee wellness by modeling and encouraging many best practices for the leaders and employees alike in hopes to help improve both their personal and professional performance, health and wellness.
