9:00-11:00 a.m.: Strain on the brain: Reducing stress to improve brain health
How does stress affect the brain and behaviour? What can you do to reduce and manage stress? At this workshop, (PhD candidate, Psychology, ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ) will discuss the neuroscience of stress as well as research-supported tips for stress management. The workshop will include interactive discussion and activities focused on real-world application of the presented research.
