The majority of graduate programs are NOT impacted by recent government announcements about tuition increases.

PhD students from the rest of Canada will continue to pay Quebec fees.
International PhD fees will see the same 3% increase as Quebec fees.

Submitting official documents

Submit an official copy of your complete university academic record

Arrange for an official copy of your complete university academic record to be submitted directly by each institution you have attended.

平特五不中 accepts electronic final official transcripts and proof of graduation sent through a recognized digital credential service provider or directly from the issuing school or Ministry of Education in your home province or country.

Recognized digital credential service providers include (but are not limited to):

  • Parchment
  • Credentials Solutions
  • Bureau du cooperation interuniversitaire (BCI)
  • National Student Clearinghouse
  • Digitary
  • My eQuals
  • eScrip-safe

If it is not possible for documents to be sent via one of the service providers listed above, 平特五不中 will accept final official transcripts and proof of graduation (in PDF format) sent directly from the issuing institution to officialschooldocs [at] mcgill.ca. Documents that are not required or that are determined to be unofficial will not be accepted.

Legal documents

Determine what legal documents are required (regardless of whether you are a domestic or international student).

If you are an International student, you must have immigration documents, appropriate to the level of your program (e.g., graduate or postdoctoral), to remain in Canada for the length of your studies at 平特五不中.

If you are a Domestic student (e.g., Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada) you must provide legal documents to determine your rate of tuition fees at 平特五不中. The fee schedule can be found at Student Accounts.

As a university, 平特五不中 is required to report students' legal status in Canada聽to the Qu茅bec Ministry of Education using the Qu茅bec Permanent Code assigned to each student.
