The 平特五不中 Global Health Programs hosted the 3rd annual conference: Building and Maintaining Sustainable Global Health Partnerships on Friday, May 8th, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the La Plaza-Holiday Inn Midtown and included outstanding panelists from medicine, law, and arts among others as well as outside speakers discussing the challenges and opportunities of working in international partnerships.

平特五不中 is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. 平特五不中 honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
