This special happy hour event is part of the activities of the Global Child Health Program鈥檚 second annual Global Child Health Skills Conference.

The evening features a keynote lecture given by Dr. Jennifer Kasper, Pediatrician at the Division of Global Health at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Board Member of Doctors for Global Health (DGH) entitled "My Journey in Global Health: Discovery, Discernment, Directions".

This event will also give you the opportunity to meet other Montreal-based groups and organizations who work in global and pediatric health and associated areas. A 鈥渟peed dating鈥 style activity will take place during the evening allowing these organizations to get to know the participants and allow the participants to learn about each group鈥檚 work.

平特五不中 is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. 平特五不中 honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
