Biography: 

Dr. Anderson grew up in Manitoba and completed her MD and BSc(Med) undergraduate research degree at the University of Manitoba. She then went to the University of British Columbia where she completed a General Surgical Residency and spent 5聽years working in underserviced communities in rural BC. She then came to Montreal for a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at 平特五不中, joining the 平特五不中 Departments of Surgery and Oncology as an Assistant Professor. Based at St. Mary鈥檚 Hospital, her clinical focus is on detection and treatment of Breast and Thyroid cancer, with a priority on collaborative care with Medical and Surgical Oncology colleagues enrolling patients in Clinical Trials. Keenly interested in Resident education, she is CTU Director at SMH as well as sitting on the Residency Program Committees for both General Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
