We are working on three fronts to address the following issues which should be resolved early next week:

With RBC to recall the December 13th direct deposits.
With IT to reverse the duplicate entries of December 13^th to Banner FIS.
Prepare stop payments for the duplicate cheques.

Direct Travel is currently unable to provide Travel Desk with invoices & FOAPAL forms for airfare/rail bookings attributed to a Direct Travel system issue.

On February 3^rd, late afternoon, payment via the FOAPAL form for airfare/rail bookings was suspended and will resume once the situation with Direct Travel is rectified.

Effective immediately, airfare/rail booked by Direct Travel must be paid using a personal credit card.

Important Update: Process of Receiving Goods and Services in MMP

In March 2021, ƽ��岻�� enabled a 3-way match process in MMP to mitigate the risk of paying for unfulfilled orders. The process requires a match between what was ordered, what was received and what is invoiced by the supplier.

MMP Users and Procurement Services have since been adjusting. Certain system deficiencies have been identified and Procurement Services is working diligently with the software provider to correct some of these issues.
