We are happy to share that eSpace, our new space management system using the Archidata platform, will go live within the first week of February 2023. Archidata, our vendor, is Montreal based, and their platform is already in use at both l鈥橴niversit茅 de Montr茅al and Concordia University.
We are applying the finishing touches to the system to ensure that:
- 平特五不中鈥檚 鈥淎rchidata World鈥� 3D campuses representations are ready.
- The archived construction plans are now in eSpace鈥檚 Plan Room module.
- Floor plans and usage/occupancy are available in the Building Dashboard.
- Many multipurpose reports will be ready to be used at Go-live.
Important: Until further notice, service requests must still go through FAMIS.
Information sessions: FMAS employees who need access to the system and building directors will receive an email the week of Dec. 12 with instructions to register for the training sessions taking place between Jan. 9 and Feb. 9, 2023.聽Registration will be done in Microsoft Bookings.
Documentation: Documentation and introduction videos will be available in eSpace鈥檚 online help in January.
