Biography: 

Sainico Ningthoujam is a doctoral scholar whose research project focuses on literary narratives from South Asia to interrogate the imagination and representation of the environment. By examining literary form and aesthetics, she juxtaposes metropolitan and peripheral landscapes to explore uneven development in postcolonial environments.
