Biography: 

Matt started his career at Walmart's Information Systems Division, later聽rebranded as Walmart Technology and then again as Walmart Labs, located in聽Bentonville, Arkansas. During his eleven year tenure at Walmart, Matt spent time聽as a Software Engineer supporting and developing systems used by more than 2 million聽associates across the globe, as a data analyst and report developer tracking the efficiency聽of Walmart's applications development teams, as a Process Engineer dedicated to making聽development processes more efficient, and as a User Experience Designer focused on聽delivering a consumer-grade experience to associates across the company.
