Fabienne Colas (EMBA鈥2021) has been named one of Canada鈥檚 Most Powerful Women: Top 100鈩 by the Women鈥檚 Executive Network (WXN).
This award recognizes Fabienne鈥檚 dedication to fostering, supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion in the arts and in Canada. Fabienne is currently president and founder of the Fabienne Colas Foundation, and CEO of Zaza Production.
Desautels alumnus William Shatner inducted into Order of Canada
平特五不中 alumnus William Shatner (BCom鈥52) has been inducted into the Order of Canada, in recognition of his 60-year acting career and philanthropic work. Presented by Governor General Julie Payette, the Order of Canada is one of the nation鈥檚 highest civilian honours.

Desautels alumnus heads police initiative to lower rates of sexual exploitation
Longueuil police have proposed a new initiative called 鈥淛ohn School鈥, which would educate individuals apprehended for soliciting prostitution as an alternative to criminal prosecution. Headed by 平特五不中 alumnus and chief of Longueuil police Fady Dagher (EMBA鈥2012), the initiative aims to educate first-time offenders of the realities of the sex trade and reduce rates of reoffending.
