Investment leader CFA Montréal has awarded two scholarships to Desautels students Rakan Lamy (BCom’20) and Xinyan Wang (MMF’20) for their high academic achievement and engagement in the investment community.

Armstrong Building opens to students

About 35 people will walk into a $3.5-million investment management operation and begin to work as analysts this summer. But they won’t be recent grads – well, not alums of finance programs. In fact, they’ll just be beginning their degrees in finance at the Desautels Faculty of Management.

ƽ��岻��'s Desautels Faculty of Management is launching a new twelve-month Masters of Management in Finance (MMF). The MMF program is designed to prepare students of any academic background for a variety of careers in finance such as investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, risk management, and financial consulting, among others. The program, designed for students without prior work experience, features a comprehensive curriculum that integrates advanced financial concepts and quantitative methods with real-world business practices.
