Now Accepting Applications for the Integrated Management Student Projects Fund (IMSPF)
The most important challenges faced by society and managers in contemporary organizations, be they private, public or not-for-profit, are closely related. They do not respect disciplinary boundaries and cannot be adequately tackled with knowledge from just one management function or university faculty. The Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM)鈥檚 mandate is to address these challenges by developing an integrated approach to management - one that breaks down disciplinary barriers, embraces multiple perspectives and encourages holistic thinking about organizations. Integrated management constructively faces the tensions of different perspectives on value to enact strategies that seek to transcend rather than accept trade-offs.
MDIIM's mandate of recognizing value in different perspectives couldn't be achieved without the inclusion of students into the process of scoping, designing and implementing innovative learning, research, experiential, and outreach initiatives. That's why we've introduced the Integrated Management Student Projects Fund (IMSPF). Recipients of IMSPF funding are eligible to receive a maximum award of $2,000 per year.
All officially-recognized 平特五不中 student groups can use IMSPF to apply for funding for projects, events, or initiatives related to MDIIM鈥檚 mandate.
