IMPM student鈥檚 worldview changed in India

IMPM student Isabelle Graveline says that the programme鈥檚 Indian module has changed her approach to business 鈥 and life. She saw how Indian businesswomen were using micro-finance to improve their lives, and visited a $1.5 billion biopharm company, started in its founder鈥檚 garage in 1978, where 鈥渢he biggest stakeholders are the employees.鈥 For Graveline, 鈥渢he firm鈥檚 focus on meeting its workers鈥 expectations really resonated with me.鈥

Now, she constantly questions her own behaviour, understands the power of collective wisdom, and brings a new, curiosity-driven approach to work meetings.
