Empowering authenticity in diversity discussions

At a panel discussion on 鈥淎ntiracism, Allyship, and Authenticity: Building Internal Capacity for Institutional Change鈥 hosted by University of Michigan鈥檚 Center for Positive Organizations in its Ross School of Business, Professor Patricia Faison Hewlin addressed various diversity measures taken by organizations.

鈥淭hese tough conversations also include counter opinions,鈥 she said, encouraging employers not to silence the voices of those who disagree with recommended initiatives, but to take their concerns seriously.
