About the event
The ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ Desautels Faculty of Management welcomes , Professor of Strategic Management at Saïd Business School, Oxford University to share his insight in dialogue with Marie Josée Lamothe, Professor of Practice at the Bensadoun School of Retail Management. The symposium will explore the implications of initiating and implementing open strategy. Drawing from Whittington’s research case studies and from Lamothe’s 25 years of managerial experience in multinational and start-up ecosystems, they will elaborate on the importance of coaching, communication, and coordination in the implementation of open strategy.
