Dr. Jean Bourbeau is a clinician-scientist, professor and researcher at 平特五不中 and a senior scientist at the RI-MUHC. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences and has received numerous prestigious awards, including the "Distinguished Scientist Award" from 平特五不中 (2020-2025) and the "Distinguished CHEST Educator" from the American College of Chest Physicians (2017-2022). Internationally recognized for his expertise in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, he actively participates in various scientific committees and has served as the President and remains on the board of the Canadian Thoracic Society.
