Susan Cain wrote the New York Times bestseller Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can鈥檛 Stop Talking. Her TED talk on the subject has been viewed more than 13 million times. She heard from thousands of people wanting help to bring her ideas on the subject into their workplaces and so she became the co-founder of Quiet Revolution, a so-called mission-based company focused on unlocking the power of introverts. Cain graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Princeton University and a law degree from Harvard University. She worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as an attorney and was the president of the Negotiation Company before publishing Quiet. She lives in the Hudson River Valley, in the state of New York, with her husband and two sons.
