No one expects the boss of a big organization to be a shrinking violet.

Lots of it. 鈥淲e expect the CEO聽to be an extrovert,鈥 Moore says. 鈥淚f they get on an elevator we expect them to say hello and not look downcast and not to avoid human contact, or we say, 鈥榃hat鈥檚 happening to the share price? There must be terrible troubles.鈥
