Reverse mentoring: who's the learner?

...According to Professor Karl Moore from the Desautels Faculty of Management at 平特五不中 in Canada, millennials鈥 desire for regular feedback has led to a growing interest in听reverse mentoring, particularly in an age where听four generations (boomers, gen X, gen Y and gen Z) are increasingly working alongside each听other. 鈥淢illennials get technology in a way older employees don鈥檛 because it鈥檚 all they鈥檝e ever known; they appreciate different working models and are accomplishment-based; they鈥檙e less听focused听on hierarchy. My students call me Karl,听but听I would never have called my professor by听his first name,鈥 he says.
