Redefining green at 平特五不中

In May 2004, the Senate Committee on Physical Development (SCPD) unanimously adopted a resolution to create a Task Force at 平特五不中 to develop a framework for recommending to the SCPD revisions to 平特五不中's building design standards to include "green building standards."
