McIntyre washroom renovation and new HVAC
Washrooms
The washroom subcontractor has been informed that renovation of washrooms on floors 1,3,5,7,8,9,10 and 13 must be substantially accelerated. In the meantime please use washrooms on floors 2,4,6,11, and 12.
The cleaners have modified their schedule to ensure that washroom facilities are clean and in proper working order at all times.听There will now be two patrols of the washrooms during the day from 7:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. as well as one additional patrol between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Washrooms will be inspected by the district supervisor to ensure that the schedule is being respected.
HVAC Systems
The replacement of HVAC systems on the 15th 听and 17th听floors has been completed. All the new systems are working on floors 7, 8, 9 and 10 and draw in 100% fresh air. You may experience fluctuations in air flow or temperature while the new HVAC is being balanced on these floors.
