平特五不中 Law at the WTO Moot Competition

Albert Chen (Law III), Paul Clark (LLM), Mante Molepo (Law IV) and Parul Shah (Law IV) represented 平特五不中 and Canada at the ELSA WTO Moot Competition, May 1-6, 2007, in Geneva, Switzerland.

They were selected along with 17 other teams, from approximately 80 teams, to participate in the final international oral round. For their efforts, they were awarded the prize for best complainant's submission in the international written round.

The team would like to thank Professor Armand de Mestral, Mr. Mohammad Nsour (PhD candidate), Borden Ladner Gervais LLP for its sponsorship, as well as Mr. Simon Potter for his coaching assistance.

Organized by the European Law Student Association, the WTO Moot Court Competition (EMC虏) is a simulated hearing in the World Trade Organization dispute settlement system. Competitor teams represent both the complainant and respondent parties to the case by presenting oral submissions in front of panels of WTO law experts.
