Jaye Ellis Appointed Acting Director of School of Environment
Professor Jaye Ellis has been appointed Acting Director of the ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ School of Environment (MSE) for a one-year term beginning in September 2015.
Professor Ellis, who holds a joint appointment with the MSE, teaches and conducts research in the fields of international environmental law, public international law, international legal theory and international relations. Previously, she was Associate Dean (Academic) at the Faculty from 2011 to 2014.
“This appointment is a clear sign of the high regard in which Jaye Ellis is held by the Faculties of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences, Law, Science, and Arts, which all participate in the MSE,“ said Dean of Law Daniel Jutras, upon announcing the news.
