Atelier Big City has won the award with the firm Les D茅veloppements D鈥檃rcy McGee Lt茅e for the Unity 2 project at the corner of rue de la Gaucheti猫re Ouest and rue Saint-Alexandre, next to the heritage Unity Building of which it is an extension.

From the award text: "The fa莽ade is in tune with the position and proportions of the window openings; the cornice is strikingly prominent; the shape and mix of materials and masonry elements of the new building are consistent with the style of the 1913 building."
