Arrest warrant for al-Bashir

Tomorrow, the International Criminal Court is widely expected to issue an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir because of his alleged involvement in the violence in Darfur, marking the first time in history that an international court does so for a sitting head of state.
