Rabbi Steven Greenberg, Senior Teaching Fellow at CLAL, the National Center for Jewish Learning and Leadership in New York City, author, and the first openly gay Orthodox rabbi, in his first visit to Montreal. Rabbi Greenberg has spoken all over the world about homosexuality in the Jewish tradition, and has become a public advocate for ending the silence in the Orthodox community on the issue of homosexuality in the US and abroad.
