This presentation will examine general principles of trade-mark law and how these principles are applied when rights are claimed in trade-marks having a religious connotation or when it is alleged that they contain 鈥渟acred鈥� matter and should therefore not be monopolized.
Inaugurated in 2001, the L茅ger Robic Richard Seminar Series in Intellectual Property is an annual series of workshops that provides a forum for leading academics and practitioners to gather and discuss topics of interests in the field of intellectual property and technology law.
