Mini-Med - What makes people sick

Epidemiology is the branch of medicine that deals with the incidence, distribution, and possible control of diseases and other factors relating to health. In this 6-week lecture series, professors in 平特五不中鈥檚 Faculty of Medicine will explore what epidemiologists do and how their work affects us. This includes : evaluating m茅dications, their benefits and dangers; examining electronic prescriptions and medical records and their potential exploitation; and weighing the upsides and downsides of changing childbirth practices... and so much more.
