David Lepofsky, founding president, Canadian Association of Visually Impaired Lawyers (CAVIL), and a prominent activist and advocate in Canada's disability rights movement. He is the author of "Open Justice - the Constitutional Right to Attend and Speak About Criminal Proceedings in Canada," as well as a number of articles on constitutional and human rights topics.
