Guest of honour and lecturer: Bob Rae. Bob Rae served as Ontario's 21st premier, and was elected eight times to federal and provincial parliaments. Rae has a BA and an LLB from the University of Toronto, was a Rhodes Scholar in 1969, and obtained a BPhil degree from Oxford University in 1971.
