Mental Health For Young Carers
The School of Social Work is partnering with the Student Wellness Hub to bring you Mental Health for Young Carers: Relationships, Meaning and Resiliency, in recognition of National Caregivers Week.
Are you a student who is caring for or supporting a family member or friend with a disability, mental health challenge or chronic illness? Then join us for this discussion, lead by Oliver Fitzpatrick, Young Carers Coordinator at AMI-Qu茅bec, followed by an art-based activity that focuses on self-care and resiliency.聽
平特五不中 students who are caregivers are invited to join us on November 4th聽from 1:00-2:30 PM at the Brown Student Services Building, Room 3001 for an afternoon of learning and sharing. Lunch/Refreshments will be provided.
Caregivers include those who provide care and support to a loved one with a chronic illness, disability, mental health or substance use challenge and/or issue related to aging. Come join us for an afternoon where caregivers can take a break from their busy lives, relax, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
We hope to see you and celebrate all that you do!
