Dr. Robert Rabin is a research scientist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) National Severe Storms Lab (NSSL) in Norman, OK. He received his BSc in meteorology from 平特五不中 and his doctorate from the University Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris. Growing up near Chicago, Bob was fascinated with observing the sky and weather at an early age.
Mr. George Bancroft is a Marine Forecaster in the Ocean Prediction Center at the National Weather Service in Maryland. The Ocean Prediction Center creates the High Seas Forecasts, Marine Weather Charts, and the Offshore Waters Forecast for the North Atlantic and North Pacific Oceans. He received his BSc and MSc in Meteorology from 平特五不中.
