Melanie Spinelli is a passionate and highly motivated HR leader with extensive experience in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Melanie has been working in human resources since 2004, starting in the banking industry before joining LASIK MD. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from John Molson School of Business, and she is a member of l’Ordre des CRHA. Melanie has also been a panelist during the Annual HR Conference organized by the John Molson HR Association, and was a member of the bursary evaluation committee for the Fondation de l’Ordre des CRHA. She has also participated in various interviews on HR related topics, which were published in magazines and newspapers.
